DI Management is able to combine a strong management consulting discipline with detailed computer programming expertise. We make the link between your corporate strategy and the horribly boring bits that you actually need to deliver it.

We subscribe to the basic axioms of systems* that:

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.

A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work; you have to start over, beginning with a working simple system.

Typically, we initially spend time analysing how our clients' current systems are working (or are not working) and recommend ways to improve them. The first phase of a study normally results in a detailed report to senior management outlining potential problems and possible solutions. We make sure our recommendations are consistent with our clients' strategies.

Then we do what most consultants don't like doing, we actually deliver a working solution based on our recommendations.

All software is tailored specifically to your needs and designed to complement your own unique way of doing business. We specialise in Microsoft Access and Visual Basic software solutions to business systems problems. This can be used on most organisation's computer networks without further expense or system modification.

We are a much cheaper and more effective alternative to large ERP systems for a medium-sized organisation. This is especially so if your problems are awkward and not easily adapted to a "standard" software solution.

We prefer an incremental approach to creating our systems, proceeding in small steps and thoroughly testing each stage before continuing.

We pride ourselves that our software is always solid, reliable and easy to use.
