The file to be downloaded is a 248 kB zipped file that should be called dbxl1912.zip (or similar, depending on your browser). Save the zipped file to your hard drive, unzip it, and double-click on Setup.exe. You need to have administrator rights to install.

Note that the Licensed Version executable is a completely separate file from the Trial Shareware Version. The latest version is 1.9.1.2 released 25 February 2008.
